Mike and Kerry have been married for 12 wonderful years! Colin and Ashlynn keep us on our toes with activities, constant jokes and entertainment. We were blessed to add Bethany, our eldest daughter, to our family a few years ago...she started out as the best babysitter EVER and quickly became part of the family. We enjoy out Air Force life and view every move as a new adventure full of travel and new friends! In that great adventure we've moved from Columbus, MS to Suffolk, VA to Waldorf, MD to Fairborn, OH to GERMANY to Burke, VA and now our lates move settles us in bright sunny Fairfield, CA!

Circus!

Daddy decided to start our Spring Break out the right way....he surprised us with Circus tickets!  And it really didn't occur to me until we got there that we had never taken Ashlynn!  She had the best time!  We all did!

More Dancing!

Ashlynn and her very best friend Emily were so excited to go to a dance clinic with their neighbor/babysitter Katie!  Katie is on the high school dance team and the clinic was a "fun"draiser for uniforms, etc

They were so cute!

Zero the Hero!

The vice principal at Ashlynn's school is AWESOME!  She dresses up on 0 days (10, 20, etc) of school!  She is Zero the Hero and the kindergarten kids LOVE her! They have songs about her and Ashlynn is so unbelievably happy everytime she sees her (the kids kind of suspect it is the principal, but they don't really know!).  So at the school silent auction this year, daddy bid LOTS of money to have Zero the Hero and King Spark (the lion mascot of the school) make waffles for her entire class!  This is a day Ash will NEVER forget!  So fun!

Colin's Dance Mania

Well usually Ashlynn is the one dancing away, but the entire school had a month of dancing fun in PE and music!  So here is a sneak peek at Colin's dance premier :)  Of course Ash had to get in there to "show him how it is done" and even mommy and daddy tried our hand at some dancing!

Pinewood Derby

Colin's 3rd Derby now, and he still LOVES it!  He did much more of the creating, building, etc. but still needed daddy's help on some tasks!  They have so much fun building together!

CRAZY few weeks of Projects!

Colin has kept us quite busy lately with projects!  First we experimented with Jello to learn the effects of earthquakes...

Then we built an Egyptian pyramid out of sugar cubes....

And finally...for now....the 100's project where Colin decided to build a hockey rink and use 100 jelly beans for the people!  I only have the beginning picture....i forgot to take the finished pic, but will get one when we bring the project back home....
